"I had such a great experience at Grill’d and a huge part of that was thanks to Darcy. From the moment we walked in, he brought such a positive, welcoming energy that genuinely made the whole visit better. Darcy was super attentive without being over the top—he checked in at the right times, made sure everything was running smoothly, and handled everything with confidence and ease. You can tell he actually cares about the customers having a good experience, not just going through the motions. What really stood out was how friendly and easy to talk to he was. It didn’t feel forced at all—just natural, good service that made the whole place feel more relaxed and enjoyable. Even when it got a bit busy, he stayed calm, professional, and still gave us the same level of attention. The food was great as always, but service like that is what actually makes you want to come back. Darcy is a massive asset to the team and honestly one of the best servers I’ve come across in a while. Definitely deserves recognition—legend"

"These burgers are banging, honestly. The meat was loaded with flavour, while being juicy, cooked perfectly and blended very nicely with the ingredients on the burger. The service was excellent too, both quick and staff are very polite. I purchased the Zen Hen & Sweet Chilli Chicken burger. Both topped with a more than suitable amount of ingredients and great tasting chicken. They also offer a selection of buns for each burger and a very wide range of styles with plenty of customisation options. I'd highly recommend for a lunchtime meal or dinner."

"Great place for burgers and fries. Also good to know that their ingredients are locally sourced and every burger is made fresh for you on the spot. We were pleasantly surprised by how good their chips were! Tried the Zucchini fries and the Classic Potato chips. Both were fried to perfection and nice bite to it. For burgers we tried the Zorba the Sheep lamb burger and Simply Grill'd beef burger. The lamb burger was a great option especially with the goat cheese and egg mayo going so well with the burger. Overall, a great burger brand to have some delicious burgers!"
